About Us
AdventHealth Well 65+ is a primary care practice designed with adults aged 65 years and older in mind. Our team of board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners specialize in providing primary care to older adults. Together, we'll develop the optimal care plan for your individual health and wellness.
Services include: 24/7 access to your care team by phone or online, same or next day appointments, labs drawn on site, pharmacist access for consultations.
Currently serving our seniors is Dr. Shashi Yoganand and Dr. Jessica Marie Montes.
We are currently accepting Medicare or the following Medicare Advantage Plans - Health First, Cigna Health Plans, Devoted, Florida Blue, Freedom, Humana Medicare Advantage PPO/PFFS, Optimum, United Healthcare and WellCare.
