Carl Mataushek is a Senior Mortgage Loan Advisor with Coast 2 Coast Mortgage, based in Winter Garden and serving, Horizon West, Windermere, Dr. Phillips and the greater Orlando area. As a mortgage broker, Carl shops your loan across multiple wholesale lenders instead of offering one bank's products, so the loan is built around you.

Before mortgages, Carl was a Realtor and, before that, a bellman at Walt Disney World. He knows the home-buying process from both sides of the table, and he's lived what many of his clients are going through: he's self-employed, owns investment property, rebuilt his own credit, and built and bought new construction.
