VoIP International operates its own phone platform — direct carrier contracts, not a resold service. We serve Central Florida and businesses nationwide with cloud-based Phone Service, Pro Mobile (real business cellular lines on employees' personal phones via eSIM), a flat-rate AI Receptionist, cloud fax, and SIP trunking.
All pricing is published on our website — no hidden quotes, no long-term contract required, and no markup dressed up as a government fee. Phone Service starts at $17/user/month with inbound always free. AI Receptionist runs $99 to $299/month flat, never per-minute. Pro Mobile replaces employee mobile stipends with a real business cellular line that the company owns, not the employee.
We hold direct integrations with the software our customers already run: AppFolio, Buildium, and Rent Manager for property management; Clio for legal; Follow Up Boss for real estate; Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro for field service; and Microsoft Teams for everyone else.
Our headquarters is in Ocoee, on the west side of Orange County, and our team lives in the Central Florida market we serve most deeply — Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Lake Nona, and the surrounding communities. We also serve customers across the United States and internationally.
Number porting is $15 per number, in or out, both directions, with no exit penalties. If we don't earn your business every month, you're free to leave — and we'll help you port out cleanly.
