What you bring
- Active Cosmetology or Barbering license in good standing with the state of Florida
- Minimum one year of professional experience in barbering, cosmetology, or hair styling
- Proficiency in haircuts, beard grooming, waxing, camo services, manicures, and pedicures for men
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
- Excellent sanitation habits and a commitment to maintaining a clean, professional workspace
- A goal-oriented mindset with the confidence to guide guests toward services and memberships
- Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional tools in excellent working condition
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Deliver precision haircuts and beard services that meet our white glove standard every time
- Welcome members and guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from arrival to checkout
- Recommend upgraded services, retail products, and future appointments to each guest
- Maintain your station and contribute to shop operations in accordance with our standards
- Actively lead guests into membership options that match their grooming needs and lifestyle
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current on all service offerings and new products
- Support the General Manager and team as needed to keep the shop running at its best
