**Job Duties:**
- Sell commercial waste removal, disposal, and recycling services
- Prepare bids, weekly call reports, and reach out to new and existing customers
- Engage with customers, non-profit organizations, business associations, and participate in trade shows

**Qualifications:**
- Preferably 1+ years of outside sales experience
- Business to business (B2B) background is essential
- Experience in the solid waste industry is advantageous
- Effective time management skills
- Punctuality is key
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computers
- Goal-driven mindset
- Access to reliable transportation
- Openness to relocation for career progression
