Wedding and Catering Specialist

The award winning Mission Resort and Club is looking for a Wedding & Catering Specialist. If you have a passion for hospitality, a creative eye for details, strong communication skills, and you believe in jumping in and working hands-on with clients, then this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence, but to improve the guest experience.

As the Wedding & Catering Specialist, you will be an important part of the Catering and Conference Services team. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of events, including but not limited to; serving as the main point of contact for group functions, ensuring contracts are executed by clients, prospecting and calling potential clients, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction is met.

If you have 2-3 years experience in weddings, events, hospitality, customer service (or equivalent work experience), and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, please apply today!
