About Us

HiLite Academy is a future focused teen enrichment academy in Central Florida helping students build real world independence, confidence, and leadership. We serve middle and high school students through a blend of executive function coaching, life skills training, and purpose driven learning that prepares them for college, careers, and adulthood.

Our programs strengthen the skills that school often assumes kids already have: organization, planning, focus, follow through, emotional resilience, communication, and self advocacy. We use proven coaching frameworks like our ETA approach (Empower, Transform, Achieve) to help students set goals, align decisions with their values, and build systems that actually work in daily life. Students practice practical skills like time management, study strategies, respectful communication, and problem solving, plus workshops that support confidence, healthy relationships, and digital life awareness.
