The Hangry Bison was founded in 2018 by restauranteur Joe Liguori as a create-your-own burger concept with a variety of proteins and is now known for its Bison burgers, craft cocktails, craft beer, and elaborate whiskey and bourbon selection. The restaurant has won the 2019 Orlando Sentinel Foodie Award for Orlando’s Best Burger and the 2018 Scott Joseph’s Foodster Award for the same accolade.

It all starts with better ingredients. 100% Angus beef served on flaky golden buns which are made fresh every day. Our farm fresh veggies are cut in-house daily for maximum flavor. Our gourmet burgers are never frozen – we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave them alone in the cold.
Then, we add the best service in town. We offer delivery and catering and have a large vegetarian selection and do everything we can to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our burgers are cooked to order to cure even the most aggressive Hangry Issues!
